jeya9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To register and use the jeya9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. jeya9 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during account registration, withdrawal processing, or routine KYC reviews.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jeya9 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to close any account found to be operated by an underage individual.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your location.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
• You must not already hold an existing jeya9 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jeya9 may close the duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

Each player may hold only one account on the jeya9 platform. Registration requires a valid mobile number and a secure password. jeya9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process which may require players to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by jeya9's compliance team.

• Players must provide a valid mobile phone number at registration. This number will be used for account verification, OTP-based security checks, and communication of important account notices.
• KYC verification requires at minimum a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence). jeya9 may request proof of address or source of funds documentation in addition.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed. Deposits may still be accepted during the KYC process.
• jeya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent information has been provided during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account lifecycle.

jeya9 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-market payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeya9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard) may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for most payment methods. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods.
• jeya9 will only process withdrawal requests to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct at the time of withdrawal request. jeya9 accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect payment information submitted by the player.
• jeya9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or for accounts that have not previously completed full KYC. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held pending this verification.

jeya9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Standard rollover requirements will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.
• jeya9 bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Players who have previously held a jeya9 account are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.
• jeya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. jeya9 also reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the jeya9 sportsbook and all real-money wagers placed in the jeya9 casino and slots sections are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game and on the relevant game information page.

• Bets and wagers are final once confirmed. jeya9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under any circumstances, except in cases of a clear and verifiable technical error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a bet or game, jeya9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. This is the sole remedy available to the player in such circumstances.
• All odds, markets, and game results are final as declared by jeya9. For sports betting markets, settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA, BFF) within the timeframe specified in the market rules.
• jeya9 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to markets, or impose maximum payout caps on individual players or accounts at its sole discretion, including where irregular betting patterns are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeya9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings voided, and their details may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account, or using another person's identity or payment details to create or operate an account on the jeya9 platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other program designed to interact with the jeya9 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information about ongoing casino hands, or coordinating betting strategies in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of payment fraud, including chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors on the jeya9 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
